T-shirt preview - and orders DUE 6/30!!!

I finally have a shirt & screen selected & wanted to let everyone know what they’re ordering.

Orders due tomorrow, Monday, June 30 (otherwise I won’t have them by the reunion)

The Shirt will be blue/green Tie dye with “Holdaway Reunion 2008” in black or white (depending on how light the shirts are). This will be a little different, but hopefully a fun choice for everyone. We plan on wearing the shirts on Saturday at the reunion. I’ll distribute the shirts at the reunion.

Reunion update and reminders

A few reminders as we get closer to reunion time:

1) RSVP to Michele (if you haven't already) whether you will be attending and let me know if you will be staying in a hotel (otherwise we'll assume you are staying in the cabins).

2) RSVP to Cindy if you would like to purchase a new reunion shirt for any or all in your family. These shirts are a new design. See the website link for additional information. You need to email Cindy by June 30th.

3) Some people are planning to attend Holiday World before the reunion. If you would like to email me and let me know if you are going I can put all who are attending in touch with each other so that plans can be made for the group discounts, etc. If anyone is willing to coordinate this, let me know and I will send you those interested.

4) Deni and I have met to discuss the meals and food requirements. We will email the food requests to each family in July. We have done our best to minimize the food overages, however we cannot control how much people actually bring. So, our suggestion is that if you bring something and there are leftovers, plan to take it home with you or pass it out to others to take.

5) Please mail your reunion payment to Denise if you haven't already.

New Reunion T-shirts

I would like to get new Reunion T-shirts. My children have outgrown theirs & there are new friends & family members that may want to be included.
I believe I can get them made for $10 if I have more than 24 ordered.
The deadline for ordering is Jun 30th. I’ll bring the Shirts to the Reunion & collect the money then.
If there isn’t enough interest, then I won’t order them.
Orders can be emailed to Cindy (enter subject line “T-Shirt Order) so I won’t miss the order. I get hundreds of emails.

Short Sleeve T-Shirts - Sizes available for $10:
Infant – 6 M, 12M, 18M
Kids – 2-4, 6-8, 10-12, 14-16
Adult – Sm, Med, Lg, XL, 2x, 3x, 4x, 5x

Also available:
Long Sleeves for $12 each. (no infant sizes in long sleeve)
Soffe shorts or Soffe Beater Tanks (to match) are available for $13 each.

Email order by June 30th. Include the quantity, size, and style.
I’ll confirm your order via email, before I send the order to the company.

The color & design will be a surprise! (However, they will be appropriate for male & female)

Gus turned 19!!

Gus is planning to attend Jeffersonville Community College in the fall and is working full-time with his Uncle now.
