Light olive chair; no arms (has Bob & Rae's name on it)
Royal blue camp chair (same style as turquoise camp chair)
Turquoise camp chair (same sytle as royal blue camp chair)
Money; tell me how much and where and when you lost it**

**Although Chris is claiming finders keepers, this will be deposited into the reunion account if no one claims it. And, this is not the $1 tip that Joe G. left for the Saturday morning cooks!

2008 Reunion Dates

The 2008 Holdaway Family Reunion

will be held at

Lincoln State Park

July 24th through July 27th

Thursday - Sunday

Check-in 3pm; check-out 12pm

Remember that Lincoln is now 1 hour behind Indy in the summer.

If there are any changes that need to be made, please make them yourselves... we don't need to be involved with it unless there is a problem. This is just to ensure that everyone has a space to be. Thanks!!

FINAL REUNION REMINDERS

1) Lincoln State Park is an hour behind most of us. All post times will go by Indy/Louisville time, so you will need to keep that in mind for meals.

2) Please label everything you bring. Consider bringing those free return address labels that you get in the mail - they'll work great.

3) Kelly DeSchryver has volunteered to coordinate the Holiday World day (Friday). Be sure to contact Kelly if you are interested in getting the group rate.

4) Please remember to bring a check for Cindy if you ordered shirts. Costs are as follows:
Short-sleeve t-shirt $9
Long-sleeve t-shirt $10

5) Saturday is "Reunion Shirt" day. Let's everyone show our family spirit by wearing our reunion shirts - older versions or newer versions.

6) Please see Michele to sign up for a chore for the weekend.

7) Please send Deni a check NOW if you haven't already paid so she doesn't have to handle the money at the park.

8) If you haven't let us know that you need a cabin, please do so. If I know already that you are coming, I've assumed you'll be in a cabin unless you indicated otherwise.

9) Keep in mind that 2 rooms in each cabin have double beds and the other rooms have single bed bunks. Plan on this when packing your bedding.

10) The cabin assignments will be posted on the doors of the dining hall, so check in there first so you know where to go.
